Self-elimination of common faults of tagging machine

Possible reasons why ANDM cannot start 1. The air source is not connected: check the air source and the relevant connections at the air source; 2. The possible reasons for the sticking of the elastic pin material strip 1. Bad shearing of the elastic pin: Rotate the feed knob, retract the elastic pin, cut from the middle of the crosspiece, and then re-feed the elastic pin. 2. The needle or feed track is blocked: use compressed air to clean the path of the elastic pin (operate under professional protection); 3. The elastic pin is stuck at the needle entrance: the distance between the needles is too large for the size of the elastic pin. Choose the appropriate needle spacing; 

The possible reasons for the inconsistency of the ANDM feed pins 1. The air pressure is set above 43.5psi (0.3Mpa): reduce the air pressure to an appropriate point; 2. The feed adjustment is incorrect: fine-tune the feed system; 

Possible reasons for poor cutting of elastic pin 1. The blade is not installed correctly or becomes blunt: replace or adjust the blade; 2. The elastic pin strip is out of the feed track in the cutting area: the distance between the needles is too large compared to the size of the elastic pin. Choose the appropriate glue needle spacing; 

The cutting position of the elastic pin is not in the center Possible reasons 1. The feed adjustment is incorrect: fine-tune; 

The elastic pin is not pushed out from the needle during empty punching. Possible reasons 1. The thimble is bent: replace the thimble; 2. The needle installation position is incorrect: make sure the needle is completely fixed in the hole of the needle seat, and the needle seat must be fixed in place; 

When the product is to be bound, the elastic pin is not pushed out from the machine needle. Possible reasons 1. The air pressure of the factory air source is low: confirm the air source pressure; 2. The air pressure is low, and the ANDM air pressure regulating valve is not set correctly: confirm the air pressure of the regulating valve; 3. Elastic pins Stretching too wide: use a elastic pin with a larger size, or reduce the needle spacing.
